I’m very impressed with the new shower room they have compared to the old one that was there very clean now , nice place in Orlando by the Airport to park for the week with 24hr service and security i enjoyed my stay and I’ll be coming back thank you!

Hands down the best,safest, and cleanest truck parking in Orlando. More than enough room to maneuver. Daily or monthly rates Shower included has a legit taco truck, people to do a truck wash and some always on duty at the gate…definitely no where else I’d rather park. need more places like this for truckers these people are doing it right….

Spent the weekend there this past weekend. Should have known better when the manager tried to get me to make a “discounted” cash deal with him directly for four days of parking as long as I was going to be checking out when he was working. Of course I refused. Asked for the owner of the lots info which he also refused to give me. The. I come back to a truck that won’t start that we ultimately discovered was a disconnected battery cable. Never again. Tired of dishonest people in business.

I've stayed here a few times now. It's safe and quite. So much better than the truck stop on sobt. It cost a little more, but it's worth it. The lot is paved. Backing into spots are pretty east.

You come in, stop at gate. Attendant is there to check you in. The price was roughly 26$. They give you a tag to put on your window with a designated spot. That price also includes access to the shower. Gated secure lot with attendant on duty 24 hours a day.

Check out upon leaving. Can’t complain especially for area good price.

Very clean, quiet and safe place to park. Shower included in parking price. They have a catering truck on sight. Portable potties are clean as well as the shower. Highly recommend. Alex and Mary very helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. Great hospitality, better than most truck stops. They have shuttle service from truck to potties and shower back to truck. What an awesome service. Thank you for providing a safe, clean and quiet place to park.

I was told they opened around Oct 2021 I believe. So about 3 months as of this review. Very clean paved parking area. Secured/Gated Entry and staff/security on duty 24/7. Staff is very friendly and guide you into your spot. They have a shower/bathroom unit that's included with the price of parking ($20 / night). They also have a repair shop on the property. And a food truck Mon - Sat around 11:30am - 3:30pm roughly. Please visit the food truck. Food is AMAZING!!

I am writing this review today because honestly I’m disgusted by what I just read. The review given by dic earlier first off had me and my coworker laughing our asses off but it’s clear as day that it’s either a disgruntled ex employee or someone that can’t drive and is looking for a payout because if a truck hit a car as small as that you’d have more problems then just a scratch that is why you attached the photo we are guessing if you can’t drive and are looking for an insurance payout try 711 there cameras there really don’t work. Employees hooked on drugs how would you know. No permit that’s just flat out ridiculous. Here’s our take on this site. I have been parking at this specific lot for the last 3 years and have not one bad thing to say about it. The company that I work for has multiple trucks in different areas and Discount truck parking is the only lot we have truly felt secure at. For the rate they give and all the different amenities on site it really is the best option for multiple reasons. I know multiple drivers that have been here the same amount of time as I have and will tell you the same thing I’m saying. I’m sure this won’t be the only review following your comment dic. So with that being said the cleanliness and safety of the property speaks for itself people don’t stay where they don’t feel safe or eat at places that have roaches. Maritza’s and her team run a very tight ship. The lot is always clean and at any given time of night or day that I have or my coworker have been on property there is always an attendant either in the office or on property helping truckers back in or maintaining the area. I have personally sat with Maritza and spoken with other employees here at the yard they are great people. Maritza especially does not deserve to have her name or property slandered in such a negative way with what I believe are complete lies. Here’s the facts from a long time customer. The property recently expanded and gained about 100 new spots. The bathroom as of this week has just been completely swapped out and upgraded to a larger unit. The new food truck on site “it’s a jersey thing” is amazing they are open more hours than the previous truck with a wider variety of options to choose from. As far as accidents go they happen everywhere I have seen maybe two in the 3 years I’ve been here. Accidents have nothing to do with a property that’s just pure drive negligence but to blame it on a property site is absurd. If tight spaces aren’t your thing trucking isn’t for you we all know you gotta back it up nice and slow and maybe just maybe get out and look if it’s really that bad. So anyone looking for a lot that 9/10 will always have available spots no matter the time of day or time of year this lot is for you. If you are looking for a lot with a food truck on site open early morning through night this lot is for you. If you enjoy a free shower with your parking ticket this lot is for you. If you’re looking for a lot with on site mechanics, a mobile truck wash and detail this place is for you. Really all you gotta do is come check it out for yourself ask a driver on site if you don’t believe my comment. Or better yet just go through and read these other comments. This is a mom and pop lot and it’s really a needle in a hay stack there aren’t many other lots in the Orlando are that offer even close to what discount truck parking has. That’s my 2 cents y’all drive safe out there.
