Peggy at the front desk, provides great customer service. With as busy as this office is she always has a smile on her face. I arrived and everything went smooth with Jessie’s help in processing. I was in and out within an hour. Just make sure to come prepared with the correct paperwork.

I have been doing my Tags with them since 2019.
This year the process was hard but not because of them, The changes made to the system plus the other offices not processing TAGs has put a tremendous workload on this Team. They are not the enemy nor want to be rude but the stress is on both sides, I was at their office this past week i was there from 7:30 am and left around 2pm . It was a long day but they worked hard and saw a lot of people , they are not trying to be mean , they just want to keep people organize and help the ones that come prepare. Go to their website, there you will find all the docs you need to bring with you , this helps you and them to make the process smoother. My Tags expire on 10/31 so i was on the same boat as everyone else out there. But i came prepare, came with patience and i left with my TAGS same day! Not a lot of offices doing that so i was Extremely Happy!

The team at this office is great! Extremely knowledgeable on all things IRP. They truly try their best to get everyone their tags, and feel bad when they can't. Even through the mess with the new system upgrade that Tallahassee did they continue to bring their best to work every day. As a service provider, I do not go anywhere else.

Is a small office be aware depending on your number you may need to wait outside. They are nice friendly but firm on their rules.
Rules
1. Once you get your number or go in you must have all paperwork ready and driver licence on hand.
2. When inside the office you can't go outside unless you ask permission first and they open the door for you.
3. Inside please keep your voice down so other people can hear their number and instructions on the window.
4. Make sure you don't have any unpaid tolls because even if you pay them and have proof until they get cleared in the system you will not be able to renew your plate it take from 24 o 48 hours.
5. Make sure your 2290 or HUV has the watermark if don't you will be ask to leave and come another day.
6. Make sure your application is complete with all the miles and sign if not you will need to leave.
7. Only one person per company inside, NO KIDS allowed inside.
8. IF YOU WANT TO BE FROM THE FIRST NUMBER BE THERE BY 3 AM
9. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF THE Dumpster or in the grass.
10. NO PARKING FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLE IF YOU PARK ON THE ROAD YOU WILL GET TOW.

Great friendly staff. Make sure you have all of your paperwork in order and filled out. Can't email anything to them to print out. You will be directed to the library a few miles away in town to print anything. The have a no exception policy. Recommend getting there early right b4 8am. They close sharply at 4pm no matter if they are done or not. You will be directed to come back the next business day.

They have updated everything. Lobby is much nicer and they will now print forms for you for a small fee if you forget. Much faster and smoother than previous years. Peggy was great.

Im pretty sure that most of "5 starts" reviews are fake, this place if a freaking joke, front office old lady is a jerk and rude, they won't respond or help you out with any of your questions if you have any doubt filling out the forms, first timers would understand me.

Being a third party company, I really dont understand what kind of service they would serve to the public besides to check and upload your paperwork to the DMV system? I would rather to drive +1 hour to Tallahase and not pay extra fees in this place.

Over the phone they will tell you that they close by 2:30pm, Came twice and they closed by 11:30am and 12:00pm, but their front glass door and Google shows up that the close by 4pm.

They locked the front door when all 15 seats were occupied, I understand about capacity limit, but this front desk lady took about 90 seconds or more to unlock the door because the lock got stuck, this is a Safety Violation for the fire department in any county in Florida, they should attend to the public under appoiments only...
