I ordered a prime rib, and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor—exactly what we were hoping for. Absolutely Love Hayes Meats! Great selection, and if there is something you want (even Kobe beef) ask, and they can order it for you! Best meat market in the area and possibly in Florida. My freezer is stocked with Kobe. Wagyu, Bison, and even deer, thanks to Hayes!

Also, on Valentine's Day, they offered a cooked dinner for pickup, which included wine and everything, and we had a wonderful, easy, romantic night in! Cheers to the team for saving our V-Day!

The quality of the meats is outstanding, always fresh and full of flavor. Prices are more than fair for the high-quality cuts you get. Hayes Meats catered the dinner on New Year’s Eve for the Elks Lodge in Titusville. The plated food looked like something you would get at a school cafeteria. I have never seen chicken cordon blue that looked like a frozen hash brown patty. Vegetables were mush and the cheese? On the potatoes was hard. Everything was cold and the cost was $34.00 a person. I would not recommend their catering or their food. Disappointed! If I could I would like my money back.

We used this caterer for our annual Christmas party with 130 people. I’m usually easy to please, but I would not recommend this caterer. The roast beef was tough and we couldn’t cut it with the flimsy knives they provided, so most was left on the plates. Everyone complained the veggies were water logged and tasteless. The portions were very small and the amount provided was insufficient to feed everyone and quite a few didn’t get plates at all. They charged us $2 each for tiny little dessert bites which a normal person would want at least 2 or 3. A big NO for this caterer.

I have always gone by this place making deliveries in the area. Had plans for valentines dinner. I should have walked out when I saw the meat case was empty. But figured I’d try the locals. Bought two ribeyes. One was mostly fat. And paid for the Wieght. I asked if he could cut another one. But he said it would be the same. Bought 4 lobster tails. I thought they were main but ended up Florida. They were full of water. And tough. Spent almost 200 dollars. Our meal didn’t go as planed.😢
