We worked with Big Bear to completely gut renovate our home in West Palm Beach. It was a huge job as we tackled both the inside and outside of our home. Marco helped us reimagine the layout of our home, which included bumping out the front to create a new living room and entryway — and we moved the location of our kitchen, which is no easy task. Big Bear built a custom covered outdoor logia and added a lovely outdoor shower. New roof, new plumbing, new pavers, new garage doors and floor, new landscaping — Big Bear did it all. We were always able to get in touch with them, which was comforting during a big project. They were respectful and extremely competent. We have recommended Big Bear to friends!

My wife and I had been planning for our condo renovation at The Morning of Lantana for about 6
months. After three interviews with different companies, we have decided to use the service of
Big Bear Developers. What a wonderful choice and experience we had with BBD.
With Big Bear Developers, you will work with the owner, Marco, and a project manager. You will
not have to deal with a bunch of subcontractors going in and out of your place without
accountability. We have built two new homes and had a complete office renovation in the past,
none of our past experiences can even compare to the service that I received with Marco and
his team. They are big enough to have every trade in house, but not too big where you are just
a number! Marco was very reachable throughout the process. His project manager Cheyenne
kept the neighbors, association managers, and board members very happy throughout the
construction process.
At no time did Big Bear Developers make any excuses for anything during this process.
Everything was done with first class workmanship. My wife and I could not be happier with our
choice.

Talks a good game, but does not deliver. Does not honor promises, owner is not true to his word. Repeated inquiries go ignored. We have squandered several weeks waiting for some response from them. A more considerate response would have been to just say "we don't want your job."

The fire suppression system failed and completely destroyed my unit in Abacoa. Working with Luke Fisher he was able to get the insurance company to pay for the damages. Gave me everything that he promised that he would do from a company standpoint to repair the damage. After 38 years in the insurance business I was so thankful that I had the representation from big bear developers. they made sure the job was done completely right.
