On Monday our staff came to work and found we had no power at our facility. We called FPL who really doesnt care if you have power or not and waited a week to attempt to make repairs, meanwhile our business is suffering. Once power was restored several of our machines still did not power up, Being disgusted with FPL we called Air Compressor Works and spoke to Jennifer who is full of energy and eagerness to help. We did some quick trouble shooting over the phone and it was decided to send a tech out to our facility. Within a short time two techs showed up, Jhonny and the service manager Al. Within 10 minutes they determined that FPL's line repair caused our problem and fixed it right away. Our facility was back up and running immediately while the two techs continued to work and finalize their repairs. They made one addition and made another recommendation to avoid this from happening again in the future. I honestly cannot express the appreciation we have for Air Compressor Works for their fast and professional response. From Jennifer all the way to Jhonny and Al. Just pure outstanding service. I would give them 20 stars if it were possible.

Pedro is a great and knowledgeable tech.
He knows the equipment well.
He has been taking care of our copanies compressors for years.
I just had an issue with my fathers compressor iver the weekend.
He got on the phone with me on his iwn time and helped me get the compressor back on line.
Hes setting up a 90 day PM program and is going out tomorrow to do a check and service to nake sure everything is ok.
This is the type of service you just don't get anymore from companies.
Air compressor works gas a great team with a few that go way above and beyond to help when they can.
I continue to be a loyal customer after 30 plus years.

Air Compressor Works exceeded all my expectations! On December 24th, I faced an emergency when my commercial laundry completely shut down due to failed compressors. Their team came to the rescue, installing a rental unit the very same day. Ronaldo, their technician, was absolutely outstanding. A special shoutout to Jennifer and Felicia for their excellent communication and making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I couldn't be more impressed with their service!

We have had a great experience doing business with Air Compressor works for the last few years. They installed two new compressors with an air dryer for us about two years ago. The customer service has been fantastic! Anytime I have called with questions or concerns, someone is out same day. We utilize the maintenance plan, they call to schedule coming out ,they show up when they are suppose to, services the equipment and it is one less thing for us to keep track of. Highly recommend using this company for all your air compressor needs.

The technician was excellent. However, I was disappointed that, despite informing Dispatch that our plant would be down for 2 days for production, we were being scheduled for a late afternoon appointment. After urging for an earlier appointment in the day, a technician did manage to show up in the morning. It was disappointing to see that there was no sense of urgency regarding our situation, especially since that implied we would now be down for 3 days. In our line of work, that is critical.
