I was very impressed with the technical knowledge this company has about various systems. I urgently needed a self serve car wash system with recycle and filtration system after I receive a warning from an EPA inspection. The rep asked the right questions and returned with a quote with 1 hour. I ordered it the next day since I needed it. The filtration system was readily available and it shipped out right away. The car wash system shipped a couple of week later. I am very pleased with the performance of the equipment and will buy parts and other things from this company. Big THANK YOU!

Sent me the wrong parts, called 3 times to get it fixed. No call back no replies to my RMA form that I filled out twice. Finally when I paypal disputed it I received an email telling me to ship them back. Had to send pictures to show that the wrong parts were their fault. Finally get a return shipping label 4 weeks later. Mailed the stuff back a week ago and still waiting on a refund from almost 2 months ago. Will never recommend or do business with them again.
Update: I did finally get a refund hence the 3 stars and I do appreciate the reply to this review. However the hassle this all caused defiantly will make me shop somewhere else.

Will never order from them again they don't stock what they sell and the don't tell you when ordering. i bought something on the 3rd and now the tell me it should ship out on the 15th finding all theses companies are just 3rd parties you order from them the buy it from the manufactory then there done if its broke or breaks they tell you to call the manufacture.

Ordered a product I needed by a certain time from them. I paid for specific shipping for the product. 48 hours later I got email that it was processed. Then another that it was shipped via another carrier.
This now negates the reason I bought it and I must now make changes and notify my clients. (It wasn't down to the wire when I ordered but the product will be delivered some 8 days after my order)
I called them via phone and their response was a non genuine "sorry". They advised me to refuse it and send it back. The guy literally could care less. Horrible customer service
Next time I will stick to the big guys like Amazon.

We've been looking for extension attachments so that we can use our pressure washer to easily clean our metal roof. Bought a pressure washer and some other items. Unit finally arrives and it is missing the soap tank. Chase them down for the tank. Tank finally arrives but with no fittings or instructions. So far no response. Love the machine but the machine was not built they way we ordered it and now I need to chase them down again to figure out how to install the tank. You would think they would be more responsive. Disappointing experience.
