Overall it was a good experience. We bought a used car cash price. The sales rep was awesome. Rene our sales rep was awesome. Sent me the out the door price with EVERYTHING included even asked about the license plate situation. Check out lady was super nice! After sales was superb! Only issue I had with was the finance guy, he was rude, unattentive and dismissive. But overall would recommend them to people who are looking to buy new or used. Thanks Mullinax and Rene!

Bobbie was EXCELLENT! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with parts and services for technical questions. Their financing department offered a very competitive interest rate. The sticker price was among the lowest I found throughout mid-to-southern Florida. When the paperwork was complete, Bobbie had made sure my new truck had a fresh detail and full tank of gas. So let me start from the beginning. About 3 years ago I called about a mustang convertible. A salesman named Dave McKenzie showed it to me. He led me through the backup procedure (who knew mustangs you have to pull up a ring to get it in reverse, I didn’t) but I ended up not buying it because my kids car seat couldn’t fit behind me. Fast forward to last week. I contacted Dave, because I remembered him through my embarrassment from a few years earlier, and told him I wanted a bronco. Gave him my budget, and he gave me an “out the door price” 5k below MSRP. One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’m definitely going back to Mullinax, and specifically Dave for anything I ever need to buy for the foreseeable future. Thank you for everything, Mr McKenzie.

Worked with David Patrick to get the best price. He was very patient and clear throughout the whole process. The manager, Bren Nicholas, was helpful in explaining all the numbers and answered all questions I had. However, my only complain is that the finance guy, Frank, sold me a wear & tear package for up to $8k which is what I agreed to. And in the end, I was told by the manager it was only good up to $5k. Be aware when going to the back room.
