My husband was try to find a steel tube for his boat trailer. We had went to sereval places in our surroundings area. Butsomeone told him about Steel Plus Service. And got there just before closing time was 4:19 and he was able to get the part he needed and the price was great. Great customer service!!!! He will shop with Steel Plus Service in near future.

I have dealt with the old owners Frankie and Sheila for many years prior to them retiring in 2023. I was a little concerned about being able to get the same level of service from the new owners since Frankie had such a fantastic sense of understanding exactly what you needed and making it happen. I have had the new management handle several small matters and two major jobs in the last year and a half and they have always come through like champs.
Recently I had an emergency repair needed on my loader (my main source of income) and they were backed up and couldn't get to it for a week. I had someone else weld it for me. They got me back to work but they did not get it level or square. Today I took it back to Steel Plus and they cut off and redid the repair correctly.
Their rates are very reasonable. They only charge $95 per hour plus any materials they supply (steel, parts, etc). The $95 per hour includes all welding. And they have some top notch welders there. Paulie has worked on almost all of my trucks and trailers in the last 6-7 years.

Great service and very friendly. Had a trailer hub bearing fail while on the road back home. They got me in first thing in the morning and had it all repaired in a couple of hours. Reasonable price as well.

I have been using steel plus for years. They stock a lot of typical steel box tube, angle, and strip sizes. They will sell by the foot and cut to length. They also have a sheer and brake for any sheetmetal work you may need.

The worst place for any repair or service, bad costumer service and the make me wait more than one month for one axle and when he went to ask about it they hadn't even ordered it, they just wasted my time 👎🏼
