My family and I love Menchies but this location is like no other. It was absolutely dirty, felt like nothing has EVER been cleaned. The chairs had layers of dirt and old yogurt. The floors were gross. The machines with frozen yogurt dirty and with crust. It was sad, embarassing, and just beyond disappointing. Not sure why this location is so abandoned but please do something. It is bad.
My family and I, as well as our extended family in town who came along said the same thing.
On top of that, staff was not friendly or showed any care for customer service.
Freezers for to go cakes was broken down.
It is in very poor condition.

Absolutely ridiculous that you walk in, you don’t get a hello, welcome in or even a look. The clerk has her back to the door, talking to the other clerk, and on their phones. Every time they looked over at us, it was as if we were being a burden. Absolutely no customer service, then the register asks for a tip. Only reason we go is because we love the yogurt and topping options but customer service is non existent. Absolutely ridiculous & makes us NOT want to go back.

We had a great time in this place. Delicious and clean. Kids loved Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt as they like to serve themselves and pick whatever they like. Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt have decent and cool dine in area. Also, It is located in a very nice area where you can have a walk there too. Overall our experience was excellent and I recommend Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt for frozen yogurt lovers.

Pros: Plenty of yogurt options, great location, affordable

To note: The ceiling tiles were stained with water, the clerk was on her phone while we ordered, and there weren’t many places to eat.

What a great experience! The cleanest Menchie’s I have been to in a long while. The choices are many and it is COVID free approval. I was impressed with all the topping being in small containers. Ask for Julian. He is so kind and very attentive.

If you are looking for a great place to have a delicious treat or dessert… This is the place to come! You will not regret it!!

Skipped the yogurt and opted for a pineapple (much like Dole Whip) and pomegranate sorbet swirl. Very refreshing. Place was clean and bright.

Usually love coming here but today's experience was very disappointing. All the fruit toppings were spoiled. The strawberries they were serving had turned into mush. We picked the kiwi and pineapple which looked okay, but had a rotten taste once we tried them. Don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon to this location 🙁

Frozen yogurt is great, toppings good and clean. Floor is dirty, chairs are dirty and one broken, bathroom was filthy - like it hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time, no paper towels, no soap. I hope the back room prep area is cleaner. Please do better so we can keep visiting, you sell a good product.
