Excellent service every time I step foot in the door of Trek Lake Mary! (even back when Dave owned his shops!) Richard always takes care of my needs & is my preferred mechanic! Even if I have an issue or complex question, he always finds a solution for myself or my wife. Loyal Trek customer for 14+ years owning over 12+ Trek bikes- Would not have it any other way!🤩😎

My Dad loved this store and the employees. He bought 3 different electric bikes as gifts and 2 big car racks. He passed a way and left his bikes to me. I had no idea how to use the high end bike rack he purchased. So I took the rack to the store, bought nothing, but asked for help. One of the guys Rick came out of store and helped me load and operate the rack. Then he got a demo bike to teach me the rest of process. I am grateful! 5 stars!

The Team members at this location are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always have excellent recommendations. I’ve been going to this location since 2008. When I go into the store, whether is to buy something, get service done in my bike or for a simple adjustment, everyone seems genuinely happy to see me, and treat me like family. I recently bought a new Trek Domane road bike, after having the same Trek bike for 16 years. The Team maintained my bike very well, but based on their genuine recommendation, I got the new bike. My only regret is not getting it sooner. I guess, I’ll be going to this location for many years to come.

1 of the best experiences for a bicycle shop. They have all the bells and whistles and upgrades your bicycle will ever want and need, my restoration bicycle project was finished in less than 2 weeks, it was In shape, these guys brought it back to life. My new bicycle was customized and man oh man does it look gorgeous. Highly recommend this place for any and all bicycle needs.

I’m new to cycling and Trek Lake Mary helped me out for hours, explaining everything I need to know, how things worked and hooked me up with the best. Just picked up my Domane SL 5 on a great sale price! Love the bike! Haven’t owned a bike since I was a kid. I road 57 miles in two days on this carbon fiber beauty and loved every mile!
