Avoid at all costs! I got my hands on an older laser CNC machine from Laser Photonics that needed some replacement parts to go back in service. Received zero support, they say they have lost all documentation for equipment sold 12 years ago and are not interested in sending a field tech for a site visit, equipment manuals for this or similar machines in hardcopy or PDF, or providing any assistance unless I buy a new system or ship the entire 14 ton machine to them so they can 'see if there's anything we can do'. They were very interested in selling me a complete new laser source to replace a cut fiber optic cable though- only about $100,000! Contacting IPG Photonics (the laser source manufacturer) directly revealed you can get a new cable for about $1,700, so one of my first interactions with Laser Photonics was attempting to scam me for over $90,000.
