U.S. Hunger is a wonderful non-profit organization that strives to feed families and individuals struggling with food insecurity around the world, but predominantly in the U.S. hence the rebranded name. The staff are courteous and friendly, and the local community meal packing events are always a fun blast. Knowing you are doing something to help those in your community while engaging in a fun time with friends or family is a win win in my book! I would definitely recommend volunteering here if you ever have down time or just feel the need to be more involved in your community.

We enjoy volunteering with U.S. Hunger for the past five years. It's a family friendly experience. Our youngest is in elementary school and participates. The U.S. Hunger team keeps volunteers motivated and energized during the shift, which goes by quickly. It's a great way to give back to the community.

This is my first time volunteering for FCE. I have volunteered for several other projects in central Florida. I drove from the Fla.west coast & met up with other family members. It was well organized & stocked, very family oriented with a fun atmosphere. What a great experience! I'm looking forward to volunteering at the next project.

We love volunteering for Feeding Children Everywhere! They are very organized and the work is so rewarding. They let you know where the meals that you are packing are going to and how it helps our communities and those who are really in need all over. Their energy and music makes the time fly by during any volunteer event. This is perfect for all ages.

I love volunteering with Feeding Children Everywhere (FCE)! I enjoy organizing events for groups of my friends to volunteer with me. Their hunger projects are so fun and put together tangible food donations for those in need. The assembly line model is easy to follow, efficient, and universal across projects. I give it 4/5 stars because 1) I wish their site would offer an easier way to register groups for multiple shifts and 2) I had brought a group to the 5-Year Anniversary event last year and we followed the founder and his team to the back offices after the event to hear an unexpected sales pitch; unfortunately, that turned off a handful of my group from their enjoyment of volunteering with them in the future.

However, I will continue to promote FCE and I look forward to being able to bring more groups!

While it is an important organization for the meaningful work they do, the leadership is NON existent. They'll use you then lose you. Owner severely mismanaged funds and lacked proper transparency in everything that was going on. I learned a lot during my time here about how not to treat people.
