We worked with Technology International on a bid for the Indiana DOT for one of our American Jetter drain jetters invoiced 9/25/2023. Everything went fairly smooth throughout the process. It took them longer than it should to get paid, (7 months) but they paid. After delivery the customer needed a new main jet hose. They contacted Tech Intl and they ask us to send a new hose after we sent the quote. We sent the hose to our customer and invoiced Tech Intl for it 4/14/2024. We have not received payment as of 2/22/2025, even after numerous calls and emails. I have no other choice than to decide that this company will do what they say, eventually, if it is in their best interest. But when they have opportunity to skirt good business practices with little repercussion, they will do it. I cannot in good sense continue to work with them.

They are efficient in their quoting processes upfront, making sure to verify and collect all necessary details and pricing. As a small business ourselves, TII understood to payment terms and worked with our company to get their order processed. There was a hiccup in the item delivery with a missing component. However, their patience and understanding allowed our team to get a timely resolution for their customer and a positive order completed.

As an owner of a business as well I can say this team of people is very professional. We are a supplier of theirs and we ran into supply issues on a few parts they had ordered from us which ended up taking several weeks/months beyond what we had originally promised them, and in turn, their customer. They handled the situation wonderfully and were very patient with us. I can only imagine that level of tact was used with their customer and it will go a long way to help them grow. If their services are something they can provide for your needs, these guys will handle it...period.
