Well what's to say? The people are nice and friendly. Took a little bit longer to unload. Maybe because they had to make room in the warehouse for a semi load?🤔. The recieving is on 15th st. It's a simple back in. Just have to wait for traffic to clear. Oh, if you get here at night, 15th st is closed after 8pm. Opens at 5am. I parked on the shoulder in front on the gate. This business opens at 10am.

I used to buy a lot of tape for my moving company since one day I discovered that they changed the formula in tape glue and now it leaves sticky residue on a furniture which never happened before. I had to find another supplier with better tape quality. I still buy some products here if I need a few things because my supplier located a bit far from my warehouse and I go there for big purchases only. Nowadays there working lady on a front desk, she is like flying somewhere on another planet. I was trying to order 1 bundle of mirror boxes which is come 25/piece a bundle. She tried to convince me that since it’s 4 boxes in set I have to buy 25*4 = 100 boxes which should be 1 bundle of mirror boxes(which! should be a minimum order). I never had this issue before. It always was okay to buy even 1 bundle or less(1bundle should be 20 or 25 boxes). In the bundle 25 boxes, not 25 sets. Guy brought my order. It’s 2 individual bundles 20 boxes each and additionally he brought 16 more boxes, so total was 56 boxes. I was waiting for my order for 40 minutes. I went back to the front desk, they are sorry for the situation but I can’t stand unprofessional. Thank You Acorn for all the time you been supplying my business. I am really appreciate your business , but I don’t want to spend my time with unprofessional people.
