Our base was lost in transit and Juan came to the rescue. We were having house guests in two days and we really needed the umbrella because our deck is baked with sun. Juan overnighted the replacement base so I was able to get the umbrella installed and our guests were able to enjoy our view of the sawtooth mountains without cooking.

Fantastic Experience with Poggesi!, Twice I was able to send my clients to Poggesi to execute Large orders of High Quality branding of Pillows Umbrellas and Lounge cushions for Commercial use in the high end Luxury Market for well known Brands, and Twice they executed flawlessly and within the time frame they Quoted. I must note that my property is Challenging as there are many different sizes and textures to work with, However Brian with Poggesi was fast reliable and transparent with timelines and Prices. I recently purchased several umbrellas from Poggesi to complete the renovation of our pool in FT. Lauderdale. I worked with Anahi.
Anahi was very professional and answered all of our questions and delivered a reasonable quote in a timely manner.
The umbrellas where delivered and installed exactly as promised. There where no surprises and everything looked great.

Unfortunately I created a problem for myself by leaving the umbrellas up during heavy winds in late October. On October 25th I called Anahi and explained what had happened. She asked for a few pictures which I sent her. After receiving the pictures, Anahi advised me that the parts needed were in stock all repairs would be completed the following week. On Tuesday October 31, the repairs where made and my problem was solved.
I was expecting it to take serval weeks to get the parts and the repairs completed. Instead, Anahi made it happen in a few days. What a relief!
This was outstanding service by both Anahi and Poggesi.
If you are looking to purchase out door umbrellas or other accessories you should speak Anahi. She is very pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks again for your help Anahi.

We ordered a 10x14 "Summer" model umbrella with a forward tilt mechanism. It arrived the other day and it is really great. Top quality construction is evident. The mechanisms all seem solid. The sewing is perfect on the Sunbrella fabric. Antonia is our representative is fantastic to work with. She is very detail oriented and responsive and did a great job explaining the various differences among the models we were considering. Quality does take time meaning the lead time from ordering to getting the umbrella was a bit long. But we understood going into the project that each are hand built in Italy by trained people who clearly put pride into what they do. Thanks Poggesi!
