The manager on duty tonight 7:45pm, 03/12/25 seemed quite young and didn’t have the maturity to handle questions or concerns. I was in the process of making a big purchase and asked about a discount I found online. Instead of a clear answer, she insisted they could only scan coupons, which made me feel like she thought I wouldn’t understand that discounts could sometimes be entered manually or overuse a discount.
If she had taken the time to explain why they couldn't honor the discount directly, I could have accepted it, but her approach just felt a bit condescending and like we were being lied to.I never want to put anyone in a position to get in trouble with their management. My mom was with me, and she used to work at Dillard's, so she could sense the way the conversation was going. In the end, I decided I’d rather pay full price online. Thanks.

I feel like I was being watched while I came in here. I was planning on buying things, but these people surrounded me like I was stealing. All the employees in the store are very rude and unruly. I recommend not come in here and go to the Sebring mall, you’ll have a better experience and people won’t follow you around like dogs. I’m very unpleasant with this Dillards.

Stopped by to look at some stuff with my son. He wanted something different feom his DIOR. So we went to the cologne department. We waited for a bit, clerk said she would be right with us, but never came back, Sonia saw us sitting there waiting and asked if we needed anything, she jumped right in took us on the most amazing cologne school. She knew what we liked, Showed us many other products, didnt hesitate one bit, she walked here there and everywhere. Her knowledge and sales experience were on another level. Thank you Sonia for an amazing experience. Truly the BEST!

It's nice to have a true department store in the area. It was fun to walk through the store, and to see all the different departments. I do my own fair share of online shopping, but there's something great about being in a store, and being able to touch and handle the things you are thinking about buying. We had 7-year-old with us that day, and she had professed that Walmart was the place to shop, but after seeing the young girls section in Dillard's, and trying on clothes, she is now a solid Dillard's fan 🙂
