I placed an order for 1250 12ga full blanks on Boland's website. I added a comment stating that I needed the rounds prior to January 6th for celebration on the 7th. Boland immediately called me to advise that they would do their best to meet our needs, but were clear that they could not commit to our deadline. Not only did Boland come through and got the rounds to us by January 4th, the clients were more than pleased with the quality of their product.

I purchased several boxes of blanks recently and was very disappointed in the quality. None of the crimped ends are sealed so a significant amount of the propellant that is placed in the cartridges has fallen out during shipping. The loadings dont seem to be consistent either so if you are using these for anything other than making a noise(like launching something for a visual effect) they cant be counted on reliably. Their different load levels dont seem to have much difference 1/4, 1/2 and Full all seemed the same to me. The .308 full load blank was weaker than a surplus 5.56 m200 blank. I will post a picture with the amount of propellant that came out of one box of 20 blanks and keeping mind some was still stuck in the box and some spilled out before I noticed the issue. Picture represents about 3/4 the propellant lost in one box of 20 cartridges.

I have ordered M1 Blanks from at least 5 other vendors and the ones I just got from BOLANDFX were the first ones that have ever functioned properly. They were shipped quickly and not really old stock like most I've gotten before. Thank you for making our Dec 7th memorial work out perfectly.

I placed an order for M200 blanks in mid 2021. I was disappointed with the quality but Boland informed me that was the market standard at the time and promised to make it up to me. I completely forgot about this situation until the GM reached out via email, 2 years later to rectify the situation and send out new boxes of M200 blanks. This is hands down the best customer service i’ve ever received and I plan on using Boland more often, solely based on that fact. Thank you again, and I look forward to doing more business.
