My wife and I had an exceptional experience here. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further. Zach was exceptionally courteous and respectful. He made us feel at home. This hookah lounge is also very clean and elegant and the prices are very reasonable. This place deserves more recognition!

I have been coming here for the past year and hands down one of the best smoke shop in Lake Wales area with great competitive prices and wide range variety of products to choose from. The owners are very friendly, honest, and respectful. If you are in the area make sure to stop by and visit them.

Update: Got accused of having never gone to the shop but I'd be happy to send you the receipts. It doesn't have to be a new hire to be an employee I hadn't seen before. The way that you cast doubt instead of owning the interaction is ick vibes.

Used to like coming here and reccomend the shop to friends but they hired a younger clerk who joined in laughing with another customer about my girlfriend's height. Despite being model hot and tall it was just rude. I'm switching to VaporMax on 27 because the shop keeper minds his business and has cheaper Geekbars anyway.

The owners are amazing and smart enough to minimize their onhand inventory during a volatile time of changing laws related to their products but ALWAYS have exactly what I need every time I walk into the store. They are good people and the business is family owned. I recommend their store to everyone I know! Hard to find business owners that truly care about their customer base and cater to such a diversified market. Not to mention the soccer skills in this family! ♥️

Zach and Bill are very welcoming and personable. I was shocked how good there prices are. I got a $50 bowl for $25. Tried the THCA and it is legit. I bought more because i spent a lot less than anticipated. Nicest customer servicw and very, very clean shop. Hoolah lounge is veey chill. I will be bringing my friends here for an evening hookah, soon. Thank you guys, my new favorite shop.

The owner is probably one of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. Always greets you like he’s known you for a million years. The floor is clean enough to eat off of, they have great hours, and their selection of products is unmatched by anything else in the area. This is the only vape shop I’ve ever wanted.
