Very rude and unprofessional. No point in having an emergency number because they don't answer it. So if you have a leak and they decide to take 3 hrs to come turn your meter off because your meter is on the propery of someone else then your screwed and be ready for a high bill.

Autumn Cochella (Assistant Director of Developmental Service) has no idea about our civil rights, She just makes up laws in her head. She is rude and unprofessional to law abiding citizens. Mark was respectful but did not know our rights either. Mark needs a little training and Autumn should be fired. These are public SERVANTS! Everyone else was great! But it only takes 1 bad apple to spoil the whole bunch.

The 2.3 rating says it all..My son and I have only been here less than 2 months after living at same address for 9 years in WH and are already looking to m9ve out of this city..
This list of complete unprofessionalism and no care to help whatsoever can go on and on..
The first place they have to start is the front desk not a very good impression as the first person that you deal l with..
In saying this after being at city hall on atleast 4 occasions and sending emails to just about ever city government official and still no replies..
No I was not late on any bills and wasn't asking for any financial breaks or anything of that nature..
I feel terrible for those living he that may need some help, I surely don't see you getting that..
To end on a positive note I'm 99% sure her name was Alicia( long curly hair)in the area where you pay new resident deposits WAS OUTSTANDING..
Thats the type of people the city hall staff needs more of..

La atención telefónica es pésima. No saben dar información. Si tanto les molesta atender a los clientes busquen otro trabajo donde no tengan que lidiar con público.
