I was looking for a unique addition to my home and while looking at options I found Infinity BOL. Their team, especially Khai, guided me through the entire process, from design selection to installation. The result is a stunning duckpin bowling lane that has wowed every guest we've had over. It's not just a game; it's an experience.

Last year, as a new Manager to a location with Duck Pin bowling - I was intimated by the equipment! If something happened and a lane became inoperable, we would have to refund our guests. 1 call & the gang at Infinity was helpful with getting us back up and running asap. I appreciate their support of our operation!

Because this has been the worst experience, I feel obligated to warn those who are considering Infinity Bol. We operate a short term rental property and the dysfunction of this unit has damaged our reputation with guests. Our unit in Tennessee has not worked since day one. Despite the fact that we've tried to attend training and maintenance classes (only to have them cancelled before we could attend), ownership will not take responsibility for their faulty workmanship and blames us for the problems. Over the past year, 11 of 12 months have had problems. The only reason the last month has worked is because we hired a separate company to fix the issues. We've had issues with the electrical system, the display, the pin setter, belts, and programming. Infinity Bol has sent us belts and then told us we are using the wrong ones. Ownership has said the unit was wired wrong (even though they wired it), and their technician said it was wired correctly. They have cancelled appointments or not shown up to fix issues on at least 5 occasions. One of their managers actually called us to ask where their service technician was because they hadn't heard from him in multiple days. Because working through them has been so difficult, we reached out to the manufacturer directly to obtain parts. They interfered and held us hostage by saying the parts had to go through them. They accused us for not paying our bill even though they were 10 months late in sending it to us and we had no knowledge of it being due. We paid quickly thereafter. Not only has the functionality been terrible but their customer service is worse. There are much better options available to you that manufacture and service their own systems. Infinity Bol is a mishmash of many different components with different manufacturers that result in infinite problems.
