I purchased a building 12/29/24 with delivery 2/19/25. The building delivered with the roll up door lock improperly installed I can’t slide the latch to lock the door because the hole in the door track is several inches off. The door frame is missing the rubber seal around the roll up door and the diamond plate is not protecting the floor at the roll up door opening. I contacted Premier at time of delivery about the issues and was told they would repair them next week, which was fine. I have reached out phone, left VM and text with no updates. I still can’t use the building 10 days past delivery because I can’t lock the roll up door due to latch/hole misalignment. Very disappointed in QA. How is the entire building built and delivered without ever check the roll door latch and bare wood exposed at the door expected to survive Florida rain.They have ghosted me since delivery and full payment. Very unfortunate since purchasing the building was extremely easy. I was very happy at the start of the process but since delivery and payment my experience has been less than stellar. If they ever contact me to fix the door and diamond plate I would consider updating the review.
Update. It Took two weeks, but they did finally come modify the door track so I can lock building. Three weeks later still waiting for the door seals to be added that were left off at manufacturing. They said they’re on order and will be installed once they arrive

Will and his team did a great job on my new shed. They were flexible with the schedule and completed the job in a single day! When a few of the anchors didn’t work, Will went and got some and came back the next day at no extra a charge. Highly recommend this team and would use them again!

Will and his guys were excellent. I had to cancel first scheduled day for build due to family emergency. Will and I stayed in touch and he was out the following Saturday. I love the shed and working with Will.

Premier built us a high quality shed on a Saturday. The four person crew did a great job only breaking for a brief 30 minute lunch. They built the shed from the ground up. They did a great high job building this shed onsite, we are very happy to have this extra storage space.
