Clearly an issue with this company as they sent a certified letter (threatening me with having to pay twice) to me as the homeowner for materials purchased by contractor for non payment. The backstory is that they failed to deliver the materials as promised and when they did deliver them (prefab roof trusses) they were not correct (IAW plans) and required substantial rework by the contractor which he has gone back against them for (as related to me by the contractor). Based on this I would steer clear of this business and I feel personally violated as they are going after me as the homeowner. BTW, I have been told that the bill actually was paid by the contractor. According to the letter I got from Milton Truss they delivered the materials on July 29th, sent me the letter on September 11th so that's just over 40 says and they are threatening to put a lien on my property after their failure to deliver the materials and when they did arrive they weren't correct which has delayed my construction. No protection for the homeowner but this sub has all the protection in the world.
