I visited the Nail Depot today and it was an amazing experience. I’m a beginner self taught nail enthusiast and they were so very nice, friendly, respectful, and helpful. They showed me the items I should use, tips and just all around nice. I will be definitely coming back. Thank you so much

Good products. However, the sign for thirty percent off on Sunday’s is not true. They do not give thirty percent off on Sunday’s. False advertisement.

This place is really just “ok.” I’m a licensed Nail Tech and only shop here in a pinch for something I need, because they are a bit pricier than I’m accustomed to paying, for many items. Their selection is also lacking, for the professional Nail Tech, although if you’re into nails as a hobby, you’ll probably be in heaven. Note for licensed Techs: they don’t carry any of the major brands.

I purchased a Kiara Sky curing light in November for $195 and it stopped working in early January. The owner did not stand behind her product but sent it to the manufacturer to get repaired. She told me it would take 1-2 weeks and it has been 2 months and I stop in to check on it every couple of weeks but all she ever says is they have not sent the light back yet.
I was a regular shopper of this store for several years but won’t be able to purchase anything else from here because of the poor customer service.
