Attended the Mojito and pizza event today. They were out of mojitos but the pizza was good. Not much to do there. No music, no fans to cool off. Only giving it a 2 because the pizza was good. Not impressed overall.

Super fun and informative! Owners are leveraging an amazing business and producing quality products putting forth their intelligence, energy, enthusiasm, generosity, and creativity! Yes - all of those dynamic aspects they share and demonstrate within the tour and tasting! It was amazing watching and learning about these entrepreneurs springboarding themselves to great heights of high-quality distillery manufacturing! An interesting and unique visit seeing these professionals in their embryonic business state….truly an authentic experience! Much worth the time and value….

We had our first visit to Timber Creek Distillery on Saturday. And it was amazing!

Siblings vacation in Florida, and the proprietors of Timber Creek made it great! A totally off the grid distillery that has a wide variety of distilled delights and dogs!! Take the tour.... you will not be disappointed. Only sad that we weren't there on Saturday to try the pizza.

Fantastic everything! Don’t take my word for it. Go support local and try it out for yourself!
I’m not sure where else you can pay $30 for unlimited cocktails, axe throwing and burger bar! The environment alone is worth the drive. Everyone there was absolutely amazing. The owners are hilarious with a great sense of humor! This is my new fav go to and brag spot! Their cocktail are exceptional as well!

It was a great first experience at Timber Creek. Very friendly out going people. The drinks are great. The food was awesome, really loved the smoked pulled pork. A great atmosphere, people in attendance were friendly and out going. A good place to meet locals. Don’t be afraid to give the axe throwing a try. We will definitely be coming back, we want to make it a weekend night for the wife and I.

I’ve been to a number of distilleries - from small independent to major worldwide. I have never had an experience like we did at Timber Creek. The guys there were very informative, nonjudgmental towards our tastes, and fun to talk to.

I took the Bourbon Blending course, and it was more than worth the price. I learned how just a little change in mash bill can make, or break, the flavor of a whiskey - and quickly.

I took home a bottle of my own blend after tweaking the bill; and the best is that it matches my palate so it is the best whiskey I’ve had.

I am - ok, was - a non rye drinker. I find it too spicy and not enjoyable; until I tried Timber Creek rye. This non rye drinker actually bought a bottle to bring home.

I can’t recommend Timber Creek Distillery enough. If you want to up your bourbon game, go talk to these guys.

Very laid back but interesting tour! Learned a lot about the distilling process and when that was finished our tasting was a pleasant surprise! It wasn't a normal tasting but a blending experience. Quite fun and informative, plus I left with a bottle blended to my palate! Highly recommend the VIP tour!
