So disappointed. I bought 40 New York strip steaks for a gathering . I have bought steak from them before. These steaks looked fine, but they were tougher than any steak I have had in ages. Much tougher than round steak. They looked good, but were so tough hardly anyone at my gathering could finish their meal. I have cooked a good many steak in my life. The manager told me that I did not know how to cook them. They offered nothing but, "I am sorry." I spent a lot of money and their meat embarassed me. They are not focused on customers or quality.

The meat looked ok.. Was dense to the touch... perplexed.

Lately, we have been visiting family in Lakeland from S. Florida and I was told about the tasty boiled peanuts and decided to stop by for the sausage. The place is very clean, neat, and the the meats are fresh and full of color. It has a nice shopping experience complete with a nice small town feel with friendly staff like Jennifer. The prices are standard and there even is rack of free older fruit and vegetables. I definitely will stop by again when I town.

THIS STORY ALSO EXPLAINS WHY YOU ALWAYS NEED A MEAT CUUTER!!!!This place has no heart..... you guys are supposed to be there for the community.... but when something happens to one of your own and it wasn't even there fault you throw them away... your staff are rude the girls act like they don't even want to be there... that's yalls problem.... your have no heart.... and working for a community that's the ONE thing you need to have..... my God bless and have mercy on your soul....

Harvest Meat Market is absolutely a fabulous place to shop! Especially if you are feeding a lot of people in your home! You can buy family package meats with prices that are absolutely unbeatable. I have shopped at Walmart, Winn Dixie and Publix for Meats and Harvest still has them all beat on price.
Thank you Harvest for the Awesome Meat cuts, awesome prices and Awesome Service as well. I will continue to shop here every week.
