This was awesome. Mr. Patrick is so knowledgeable and thorough admit explaining everything that goes into making their spirits. And you get little history lessons along the way. This experience is worth way more than they charge for it. You should get in on it while you can before the price goes up (like it should!) We came as part of a bachelor weekend trip and everyone enjoyrd it. Some even said it was the highlight of the trip! 10/10 would recommend

Our party ranged from late 70s to 15 and and all enjoyed learning about the rum and vodka, along with the house crafted whiskey. The tasting was phenomenal and very interactive. Thank you, Patrick. I'm sure we'll be back and our friends in town may be regulars.

this was by far the most insightful distillery tour I've ever been on. Mr. Rollins (Navy veteran) is a real-life history buff with enough brewery knowledge to fill an encyclopedia. He explained everything from the making of the cask to the history behind his bottle naming. We enjoyed 7 tastings during our tour and only paid $30 bucks a person. Fantastic experience!

Excellent time touring the distillery today and the tasting was just the icing on the cake! Patrick is great, both very knowledgeable and also passionate about his craft. He adopts a casual and personal tone which made us feel at ease and comfortable. We got there a little early so were treated to seeing some of the naval rum being bottled. These folks are super friendly and display all the hospitality in the world. It’s apparent that a great deal of care is given to the production of their well above average products. These spirits are GOOD, very good. Do yourself a favor and book a tour, go for a tasting, or just go and buy some of these passionately made, local spirits. You won’t be disappointed!

This distillery is the best hidden Gem in Navarre. Paul Rollins is also a pleasure to meet and is incredibly smart and entertaining. Every beverage we sampled was absolutely amazing. I plan to keep a bottle in stock at all times.

Without question the very best distillery tour I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to several. Small craft distillery run by father/son who are extremely knowledgeable and produce some very fine products. I learned so much about the business and was so impressed with their products and the son who really did a great job with the tour.

Great little distillery! We just showed up and Paul let us join the tasting he had going on, then caught us up after the rest of the group had left. One of the best tastings I’ve been to, and some of the best rum and Vodka I’ve ever had; a rival to Hawai’i’s KōHana rum distillery.
High quality, local, delicious liquor. I’d highly recommend it.

When it kept raining for our stay in Pensacola, we found their tour and tasting option. We had a fabulous time with Patrick. His passion for his work is apparent and he didn't mind the millions of jokes and questions we had. His tasting suggestions were spot on. One day I hope to see his rum available out west to purchase.
