Absolute garbage of a company. Chipped granite in two places during install but insisted they finish anyway. Uneven seams. Never answer the phone and slow to return calls. Sent someone out to look at the install who told us it was bad and not acceptable. Then supposed to send someone to come out and fix but instead sent the same guy as before. Even he was confused why he was there. I would never use this company again.

Edie in scheduling was the brightest star of all - with Amanda there to take over when need be. I could not have been happier with the finished product. It truly looks AMAZING. The men who came to install our counter top were obviously very experienced. They worked quickly and efficiently together assembling the countertop and sink. The result was excellent. ( The only slight ding to the perfect rating is I wish they had moved the white rug at the vanity, not visibly stained, but it is new and white. I forgot to remove it myself.)

We had Distinctive Surfaces come out twice for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, installing new quartz countertops. Those experiences went well. We were sad when a pea sized, noticeable chip happened on our kitchen countertop about a year later from install, but they were very kind to wave the fee for repair.

For the repair however, our guy was not on time. Arrival window we got was 10-2 but he didn’t arrive until 4:30. I called around 2:15 to ask what the ETA was for the job. It would have been nice to have gotten a call from the company that they were running behind so I didn’t have to call. The guy they sent did a great job on the countertop so that’s why I’m giving a 4 star rating. Unfortunately we noticed a huge scratch on the top of our dishwasher where the chip was due to the tool he used to fix it. He also left a sharp razor blade in the kitchen sink and dust on the floor, counters, and cabinets. Leaving the job not vacuumed seems to be a common occurrence for most Florida businesses when it comes to home repair, however, so I wasn’t surprised by that (we have had many contractors in our home the past year due to remodeling).
