I rarely leave reviews but occasionally run across a company that deserves a truly positive one. My experience with Rich and the crew at Interstate Products was excellent. Rich was immediately responsive and very helpful asking useful questions and providing specific answers. I was looking for a solution to a freezing problem for potable water and a 750 gallon pillow tank turned out to be the ideal solution. The service was friendly, reliable and fast. The tank was well designed, easily transportable and looks like will be durable for years.

The customer service, quick turnaround and attention to detail was impeccable.

I found Interstate through a search and they had a huge selection of berms to choose from. I picked the one I would need for the job and made a call. I spoke with Rich and, after a few questions, he directed me towards a product that was a better size, more suited to my project, in stock, and at half the cost! I ended up needing two, and though he could have let me purchase whatever I asked for Rich made it a point to get me what was needed for the job. I not only spent less for a comparable product, I had it in less than a week instead of a month.
