I bought my first DRX9000 Decompression machine about a year ago and I am very happy with the results for my patients. Seven years ago I purchased my first DRX9000 from Excite, this machine has done miracles for my patients with chronic low back pain. I loved it so much, I purchased another DRX9000 and DRX9000C (for chronic neck pain); these have been the best non-surgical back and neck pain treatments that I've seen. Excite Medical has been incredibly professional, prompt, supportive and simply put, always there for me. I have tried several times to get Exite Medical to offer to supply their equipment to the Czech Republic. There have also been requests for spare parts for existing equipment. Unfortunately, I did not receive any clear answer from them. I do not understand why the manufacturer refuses orders.
