Very nicely maintained, always updating things, it requires people to keep their homes nice, without clutter or junk outside, has a terrific, heated, well-maintained pool, new shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and a nice clubhouse with activities every single day, and for special events/holidays. Lots of nice flowers and vegetation. Three very large live oak trees and lots of palms. Lots of wildlife to enjoy: ibises, cranes, herons, turtles, ospreys, bunnies, eagles, ducks, gators, and many types of smaller birds. Also, has lovely views of the lake with plenty of places to sit and enjoy it. Nice little workout room with updated equipment. And you can even see distant views of the space launches from here on a clear, cloudless day. And it sure seems like it’s sunny all the time. Lots of nice, welcoming people to share your time with. There’s a variety of clubs to participate in: Women’s, men’s, boat club, and HOA.

After enjoying my first year, couldn't be happier. The manager is helpful and friendly. The clubhouse and pool overlook the lake and there's a deck to relax on,great place to watch sunset. You can fish,take your grandkids waterskiing,or enjoy a cruise on you pontoon boat. And your close to all your shopping, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants all within a ten minute drive. Suggest you check it out if you looking for a 55 and over community

I don't recommend this place. I haven't even been here 2 and a half years and got 3 notices for lot rent increase. They don't do lawn care or pick up the trash or pay water or internet. The only thing you get is the honor of sitting here. 24 pages of rules. Certified letters if your gutters have anything growing in them.
I was here 3 months and got an increase. I didn't even get a year at the price I was told. It went from 476 to 591 in less than 3 years.
I was in the hospital for a month and someone working on the house behind me broke a water pipe. They shut my water off and I had to pay $232 to fix a pipe on property I didn't own and wasn't my fault.
They only care about money. When the small SS raise comes in they will get all of it after raising lot rent $50 a month.
I wish I would have went somewhere else.

Just completed our first winter here in the park and could not be any happier. Erica is a great hands on manager, fellow residents are welcoming and tons of activities, not to mention Lake Clay. AAA+++

This place is fantastic. The on-site staff is very friendly and always looking out for the park. The pool and recreation center are always clean and well maintained. Homeowners keep up with the properties, so everything always looks great 👍. We love this place!!

I bought my unit in this Paradise in April 2021, about 1 year and 4 months. I moved permanently in mid-May. Have been a homeowner (brick and mortar) all my life, this is my first experience as a mobile homeowner. I am going to resume my comment, I should have always lived in a mobile home, I should have always lived in Paradise. I suggest that the name "trailer park" or "mobile home park" is really not up to the times. I suggest this be called Paradise Resort Living Community. I am extremely happy here. Worried I was about management and things you hear, but it has been all the contrary. Well managed, very clean, beautiful surroundings, quiet, and in my case prosperous. I work from here.

Let me say this Park has it all.. Great views of Lake Clay.. Clubhouse,boat docks,and a fishing only dock.. office has a just redone library ,along with the exercise equipment with a neat coffee station.Erica the manager keeps that park running smoothly .

Nice Park walking distance to shopping. Well maintained with pool, club house activities. Presently Lot rent is $414 month.Many of the lots have water views.
