I have always gotten quick responses and great service from Miller’s. Adrian took care of my system today and also did the dryer vent. He was terrific. Very courteous, thorough and left everything looking just as it did before he arrived. Definitely recommend.

10 stars for this business. I had to get my ductwork replaced. After calling another company for 3 weeks to get someone over for an estimate, I decided to call Miller's. From the initial phone call, they were very professional. I called them and they asked me when was I available, I gave them a date and they said no problem. The estimator was on time and very thorough. I was only planning on replacing the return ductwork, but he pointed out that the supply was also bad. I agreed to have them do the job. They again asked when was I available, I gave them the date, and they said we should be there between 830am-900am, for a 5 hour job. They confirmed the appointment the business day prior. Mason and Wilfredo showed up at 833am. They left approximately 5 hours later. They didn't leave till I assured them that I was satisfied with the workmanship. They left the area cleaner than how it was, and they replaced all the panels. They did an outstanding job, and if the need arises for a/c work, you bet I'll be calling Miller's.
PS They even offered 0% financing thru Well's Fargo.

Cesar, John, Clint, and Chris were the team who handled the installation. They were willing to stay in a hotel near my home to work around the clock to get the job done so I could move in before Christmas. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything cleaner than they found it. But what impressed me most was how meticulous they were—double-checking every detail to ensure the system would function flawlessly. You could tell they took pride in the work they did as they sent me video updates throughout the process. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is something you don’t see often in this industry.

Finally, Teresa, one of the office staff, deserves a shoutout for how supportive and reassuring she was. She coordinated everything seamlessly to allow me to move into my house quickly!

I called Millers for an ac duct cleaning quote. Of the three companies I called, only Millers responded quickly and came out for a quote the next day. Doug came in, inspected the home, gave me a quote which was very reasonable. At the time of the quote, I had nooo idea what I was getting. It almost never happens where you pay for something and get what feels like a whole lot more for the money. Well this experience was one of those times. Dorman and Gerardo were so professional and did an amazing job. Don't take my word for it, just look at the pics. I cannot believe what they did along with the duct cleaning. They painted the registers, they REPLACED the main intake door. They disassembled the handler and scrubbed it clean. Dorman climbed all the way in there and got every speck of dust. I will never call another company for ANY ac work that might be needed after what I witnessed from their engineers.
