The Amerikooler team is best of the best! From the the estimating, shipping, and customer service departments. I primarily deal with Virginia, Steven, Jasline, and Dana. (hope I didn't forget anyone). They understand the necessity of timely and accuracy quotes, production & shipping dates, as well as resolution of any issues. Today for example, a trade cut some wires to a controller, the team jumped on my request to ship out a new one . (we are in the middle of an install). The team is top notch and makes my job easier, especially when dealing with anywhere from 18 + manufacturers and trades.

Amerikooler service manager is someone who is willing to work with you when you have a problem. Not many companies have some who will work with you until you have the problem solved but Amerikooler does!! I have a great respect for this company because of her.
