My Internet auto purchase dealing first with John Harrison and then completed by Elaine Johnson could not have been more wonderful. They are honest and so upfront. Purchasing a car as well as trading in a vehicle with them was such an easy and pleasant experience. Elaine took her time with me, went over every detail with me and was just wonderful! My experience was amazing!! Huge shoutout to Leo, from beginning to end he was so amazing and I'm so grateful that he was able to make what would normally be a very stressful situation, so enjoyable! I went to so many other dealers that tried to force me to settle for a car that I didn't love and tried to charge me illegal fees on top of that. I even had one dealer raise the price by $3,000 after I called to tell them I was coming in to look at a car. Earl Stewart was straight to the point. I found a car that I love and the price that was listed was the price that I received. They made sure the car was filled up and ready for me to test drive and when it was time to purchase the vehicle, they went over every single fee with me in detail TWICE. My family grew up in Lake park. We have been going here since my dad got his first 1988 Toyota truck. My family alone have bought 1 New Minivan and 2 Pre owned Tundra and Tacoma Recently from Todd in Preowned sales. Todd has been there as long as I’ve known him. He is Patient and knowledgeable about your needs and makes you feel Great when you leave. The whole family team there is very Friendly and Knowledgeable and all Departments are doing there due diligence. I have sent a half of dozen friends and family members who actually purchased vehicles and they feel the same. Thank you Earl Stewart and Staff. BTW we live in Martin county and make the drive down for our services and purchases cause it’s worth it!

I was provide and excellent service by Mrs Elaine! She went above and beyond for a customer who was shopping remotely ! She made everything easy and help me until I started the car and was ready to go

Now to the bad ….. the finance dude yes you the one who scroll your phone until told to stop and take care of me, you were an absolute disgrace to the entire dealership as you treated me less than, as I did not finance there !! Transparency is needed between agent, customer and technician. If there is no call or update regarding things being done to the car, how will the client get to decide what to do moving forward. The lack of choice of being able to get tires put own was due to no communication or choice being given to the client. Moving forward clients should be allowed to choose to add on services under the referral of the agent/technician. As previously stated my care tire intially tested low, and then all of a sudden they were fine and they did not need to be change; which is concerning and makes me question the integrity of the dealership.
