The DeSantis Heating and Air team has just completed the installation on an entirely new Lennox high-efficiency HVAC system in my home. All three technicians were professional, very knowledgeable and kind. I am also exceptionally impressed with the team members' work ethic as well as the overall follow through. I recently had my AC service completed by DeSantis. The tech that did the service job was Stephen. He was very professional and very skilled in doing his job. He made sure that everything was completed with the upmost care. He ask if I had any questions and wanted to make sure that I understood what the service call entailed. Stephen did an awesome job!

Emmanuel and Kelly were here on time. Both were very friendly.
Emmanuel diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of it quickly. It was a very simple problem and they treated it as such. They could have taken the covers off of the washing machine and sold me new boards, parts whatever. I wouldn’t have known the difference.
They didn’t do that. They were honest and efficient. I highly recommend Desantis Air Conditioning and Appliance Repair.

Monday night our furnace died. Tuesday morning I call two places for estimates of both cost and scheduling since it’s historically cold in Florida. As I speak to the DeSantis’s rep on the phone, I can hear people in the background trying to figure who they could get to come out. I was told it could possibly be next week before they could install but they would see what they could do. Meanwhile, a sales rep would be out that afternoon. To us, timing was as important as price. We would see.
Other company’s estimator comes and goes. Then Larry from DeSantis arrives. (Insert hero’s reveille here.) He listened to what we wanted, assessed our equipment and disappeared into his truck. He made phone calls until he found a furnace available an hour and a half away. He would drive there right now, pick it up and have it installed the next day!!! Oh, and price? Over $2000 less than we expected and $9000 less than the first guy. Also, this was at 3 pm so we know Larry’s dinner was very late Tuesday night.
First thing Wednesday morning, Brandon and Logan show up. Polite young men who spent the day freezing in our garage. Then Ish and Dave show up to help finish the job. In speaking with these people, it was evident that DeSantis also does right by their employees.
What I’m saying is this, call anyone you want for quotes, just make sure to call DeSantis too. You’ll not be sorry. Also factor in the bend-over-backwards customer service you will receive and you won’t go wrong. I know we made the right decision. Thanks guys.
