I live in Winder Ga. and searched many different locations online to do my trike conversion before deciding on Trike on America in Dade City Fla. I called and spoke to Meagan to setup a time and date. Had to wait for 6 weeks but it was worth the wait and drive for the product and service I received. Had some initial issues with the installation but they quickly remedied those and then some. Both the owners Lane and Meagan very good and service oriented people. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Folks, words can’t explain how Great Megan, Lane and Johnny are. We had our Richland Trike Kit installed here on our 2005 Goldwing. After 20 years riding a 1999 Goldwing CSC Conversion, the ride with the Richland Kit is much more Outstanding! We have been bikers for 55 years owning and maintaining, rebuilding motorcycles. I've personally owned 73 bikes throughout those years.My wife and I are retired from our auto repair business of 30 years. I am an A.S.E. master technician . Our current bike is an ultra classic Dresser. I recently removed a sidecar from the bike and hired richland roadster company to build and install a trike kit. As I'm sure they are very good fabricators and welders. I'm also just as sure they are horrible technician s.. After several trips back to the shop with complaints of shaking and squeaking, we just were never satisfied with the comments and attempts to rectify. Just after 300 miles, the rear wheel bearings seized and welded themselves to the spindle. After disassembly and inspection, it was noted that inner bearings were completely dry of grease. China made hubs and bearings were used as well. I also have to say, it looks like an eight year old did the wiring job. Wire loom is way short and cannot be rerouted as to hide it from sight. I'm repairing the problem myself and will never allow that builder anywhere near my bike again. Ps. When I first picked up the bike, I asked if the wheels were balanced. Their answer was Yes. I had to have the wheels balanced professionally at my expense. This thing is almost unrideable and is extremely unsafe. It is embarrassing to be seen riding down the highway with the rear tires hopping so severe.Strangers yell out at us saying your tires are bouncing and need balanced. We're done with this $5000 mistake. Anyone want to buy this hd trike kit for $3500? Let me know.

I had an issue with my Richland Roadster trike kit, it was NOT a manufacturer defect,it was a broken bolt from pilot error😬. The kit is very well made and it is a joy to ride with it on my Goldwing. I called and made an appointment(within 2 days). When I arrived they were extremely accommodating and took care of my issue with professional courtesy.
I highly recommend this company and will certainly deal with them in the future. Thanks again.
