Great experience from start to finish! I ordered an acrylic topper for my dining room table. I called first, and Andy had me send an email with my dimensions. I promptly got a quote back. The online payment process was easy, and our custom order was ready in about a week. We are so pleased with the finished product and will definitely order again!

Terrible experience. Submitted a request on their web page twice and it as ignored twice. Called them on the phone speak with someone and left my number and again no response but they ironically suggest for you to submit a request, thru their website, which will be ignored. Today, I took time off from worked and waited for them to open their shop in Longwood, but they did not care to open up at 8 am as they promise. These people to not care about anyone but themselves.
