My company has made multiple attempts to get a hold of this company regarding an order that we placed, that we were told was completed and would be delivered. Now that more than a week has passed since we were told that would happen, we still have not received our order. We paid a 50% deposit with nothing in return. Our company took a chance on this one to give a local company a chance, and this is the thanks we get for it. I, myself, have attempted to contact them through several avenues (i.e. phone calls, emails, text, Facebook messenger), and not even so much as an acknowledgement of any of the messages. We need a refund of our money, as we cannot wait any longer to get our order fulfilled. We have been in business in the Panhandle area for many decades, and I can tell you this is not the way to do business in our small town.

Paid 1/2 down on my order of company shirts and jackets this company is not very professional I was told on December 22, 2023 that my order was ready and she could bring it to me after receiving her message I’ve tried numerous time to get in contact I have left voice mails, (because she doesn’t answer her calls) I’ve emailed several times ( no response) sent her several text messages and leaving numerous messages on her phone even my husband tried calling and today is January 3 2024 so for 13 days since she told me they were ready I haven’t gotten any type of response I’m not sure why you would make items and then not want to deliver them or even tell me where to come pick them up and get the rest of your money. My husband and I have been in business for 4 years and the key to good business is communicating with your customers i stressed to her when I placed the order how bad I needed the shirts and jackets I have new employees waiting on them. I think I’ve been more than patient she gave me a turn around time of 2 weeks or less took the down payment and here it’s been about 4 weeks since I placed the order and I can’t even get her to respond to message at all. at this point I just want a refund and pay someone that wants my business and wants to keep it… I just don’t understand why she won’t just let me know something. BUT I CAN TELL YOU ONE THING FOR SURE THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS IF YOU WANT YO STAY IN BUSINESS!!! I guess I’m the only customer of hers that has ran into that I picked her company because all the good reviews and the fact I was supporting a small business and no a big franchise. I’ll definitely use someone else next time.

I ordered T-shirts for an event. They were done in a timely manner. The owner was well knowledgeable and gave me expert advice on what type of T-shirts, type of graphics would look best in the colored shirts and what he could do for my budget. Great customer service I will be using 757 custom graphics for all my garment printing needs.

The Best place in the panhandle as soon as you walk in the owner comes up shakes my hand and says welcome to 757 Custom Graphics he even ask my kids if they wanted to watch tv hands down the best customer service all my shirts that was done was top of the line you will be amazed nobody in the surrounding area has the kind of quality I will definitely be back and also recommend to family and friends
