Alcom USA is the worst company I have ever dealt with as a and I am a Trailer Dealership. Signed up with Alcom in the Fall of 2023 to sell their products. In just a few months time I went through 2 sales reps and had issues with getting proper paperwork on trailers to accounting errors that after 12 months have still not been resolved. Called the owner/higher up of the company to get resolved and still not resolved.

I'm super happy with the fantastic service provided by Alcom in Deland, Florida. My 28' Stealth trailer needed some repairs, and I have been unable to find anyone locally to do quality work. Luckily, Alcom opened a location in central Florida so I took the trailer to them. Omar and Michelle received me and had the work completed in a day. David did a quality job on the repairs, and even went above and beyond in mounting my tire rack in the trailer. This company and their products are HIGHLY recommended.

I purchased a Stealth 6X10 single axle enclosed trailer which is manufactured by Alcom. I noticed that the insides of the tires were wearing much faster than the rest of tires. I contacted the Alcom factory in Deland, FL because I live about 1 hr away. I explained the situation to one of their warranty people and he told me to bring it over which I did. Upon arriving at the factory I was greeted by Omar and Michelle. They got one of the main production guys who came out and deduced the axle was about 1/2” out of square. They asked if I could leave it for a couple of days which I did.
When I went to pick it up I was surprised to find that not only had they adjusted the axle but giving me a new set of tires to make up for the wear on the original ones.
Every there was friendly and helpful.

Thank you Michelle, Omar, and Alcom for one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
