Almost 30 years ago I purchased a beautiful Tokugawa period Japanese woodblock print while I was working in Tokyo. The Ukiyo-e style triptych (a single scene made of three separate panels) depicted a historical event in one of my favorite places in the world. Soon after I returned to the States with my treasure, a business opportunity arose requiring a move across the country, so rather than having it framed, it was packed away. We made several more moves in the next 15 years with the print packed away securely. When I finally dug it out, I was unable to think of a method of framing that would do justice to the piece, so it went back into storage.

A few weeks ago, knowing my oldest son shared my interest in Japanese culture, I determined to find someone who could understand how it should be presented and make it a gift to him. We were extremely fortunate to find Candy Coldwell of Kings gallery who in a very short time put the panels together perfectly and created an heirloom for our family. A thing of beauty is a joy forever. Thank you Candy!

Candy is a superb person to help with your framing. I have had all my paintings framed by her for 10 years. She never rushes me when I am picking mats or frames and allows me the freedom to try multiple styles to see what works with a painting.

This is a very unique store selling artwork and picture framing here in The Villages. I enjoy hanging paintings in my home and this is the only place I go for framing. Great selection of affordable artwork, frames and excellent service. The owner Tracy is a joy to talk to. Located in Spanish Springs next to Kilwin's so go treat yourself to chocolate fudge and artwork. It will calm you and make you happy.

Talk about fit for a king ! I'm very rarely surprised but was amazed at the work they did here. I dropped off some turn of the century immigration documents to be framed and we agreed to use copies as the original documents are extremely fragile and irreplaceable and the results were that the copies looked more authentic than the originals ! My wife actually bet me dinner that they used the originals by mistake. They deserve 6 stars on a 5 star scale

We were there today for the first time and were so impressed. The owner Candy is a delight she is the perfect helpful but not pushy salesperson. We Bought three large painting which they are framing for us. We also bought three Gene Rizzo paintings and The Large Andy Thomas President painting titled "Grand Ol' Gang." They deliver and hang for you! It's so nice to find owners who care and appreciate your business. We will never shop anywhere else for our art again. So glad we found them.

These folks are the best framers in the villages, have some great pieces hanging in gallery and do incredible work. Reasonably for quality and unique art. At the very least you owe it to yourself to stop in and look around. It's right off of the square in Spanish springs
