This is for the truck driver's, if you come here before daylight. It's poorly lit, and the entrance isn't marked. The exit is marked by two signs on the fence visible from the street. It's really tight, not a lot of pull up room

Their Rep Alberto in Tampa is incompetent. My client needed a drawer front replacement for a vanity in her home that Bailey made for D. R. Horton homes. He informed her that she could not replace the drawer front she had to replace the whole vanity that the item was not replaceable.

Not responsive at all. We’ve been dealing with them for 4 months now trying to get our damaged cabinets replaced. They initially sent out one of their (female) techs to write a report, but when they realized it was going to be costly, they sent a man out to do the exact same review and report. Their excuse for long delays is that they’re waiting on the cabinets from the manufacturer but when I called the manufacturer, I was informed the cabinets were delivered weeks ago. These people are dishonest, lazy, and unprofessional.

Our under-the-sink cabinet was damaged before we even moved into our new home. When the Home Builder's Warranty Dept. contacted Bailey Industries, Bailey Industries called us to set up our appointment and told us they had to build the cabinet, which would take almost 2 months. During the same call, we were given our install date of 11/29/22. When they showed up, the Home Builder's Warranty Dept. had not scheduled anyone to come out to take the granite countertop off, so they could take out the broken cabinet and install the newly-built cabinet. So many calls we made to the Builder's Construction Manager and we were able to get the granite removed the next morning. Bailey Industries came out the second day to remove the old cabinet, but the electrical was still hooked up. After some calls with supervisors, we were able to get the new cabinet installed properly. Bailey's Supervisor, Chris Seibers, really did his best to get us taken care of, because he didn't want to be the reason we didn't have our kitchen operational. He made sure he did everything he could do to get us taken care of. I definitely would recommend Bailey Industries for any cabinet needs.

BUILDERS DO NOT USE!! This company installed the cabinets in our personal home. One of the upper cabinets literally fell off the wall and came crashing down in pieces, 1 year after installation. I fell back and was hurt trying to avoid the falling pieces! It took us over a month to chase them down, and my husband told them the story and asked them to help us fix it. They tried to blame the builder. We just wanted it fixed so we asked them if we could PAY THEM to repair it. They refused to even give us a quote and would not help at all! THEY DO NOT CARE. I could hear the supervisor in the background telling the customer service rep to tell us NO to every plea. Wish I had pictures of the shattered cabinet or my bruises from falling over. Worst experience ever

There is no way to rate them lower than one star. Awful company to work with. First countertop was damaged with a large scratch. They visited my home twice to buff it out but it was still visible. After repeated calls, they agreed to replace the countertop. Installation day was a fiasco. Brought another damaged countertop, this one had a hole in it. When I told them that I wanted my old one back, they said "too bad, you asked for another and this is what you got". I contacted my builder and he did nothing about the issue even though this was all handled during the first year warranty in The Villages.
