People here were very nice. The lady in the golf cart comes to the parking area to get your pickup number and then goes to pull your paperwork. She will then come back and escort you around building, which is very tight. Backing into door 2 is very tight, since there are a ton of pallets lining the area you need to use to back in, but it's manageable. Check your tires after you're loaded, nails are a real problem here. Yes, they do have overnight parking, in the dirt lot next to them. Once you turn onto Marley Rd, the parking area is directly to your right.

They have overnight parking. For check in you will need to call to a phone number that is in the big sign. They start calling you at 8:30am not before. There is a lady in a golf cart that will escort you to the door. After they call you it’s going to take them 20-30 minutes either to load you up or unload you. Make sure that you have an appointment and CALL THE NUMBER TO CHECK IN.

This place is very strict on appointment time so make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. I was told my appointment was at 1:00 p.m. but received the load at 12:45 p.m. and was 20 minutes away from the location so I was marked tardy and had to wait till everybody got loaded. They have a dirt parking lot next door so make sure you park there and call the shipping department do not go in it is a very tight place for multiple trucks to be in there. Your experience may vary.

This place is a joke!! You have to have an appt for delivery but even when arriving early you still sit and wait to even be able to pull into the yard. Once in the yard there are about 5-6 people on forklifts driving around while you just sit and wait and occasionally someone will take a piece off your truck then go back to driving around. Been here almost 2 hours and still waiting for them to take the rest of the bundles off my truck and there are no other trucks in the yard so it’s not like there was someone ahead of us!! They have no regard for drivers time! We will never deliver here again

Place has no clear directions. It’s loud. Let me help everyone. When you get here there will be a sign. DO NOT ENTER. Park on the side and call that number to check in and they will call you when you can come in. I don’t think they have overnight parking. Just don’t even waste your time booking this load

My appointment was 9am to 11am to delivery and nothing!.. lost time here to delivery. When I see loads again that said to haynes city lumber I will tell: not thanks . Bad place. Not respect the time drivers
