This is the second kitchen Burns has done for us here in the Villages. Both jobs got five stars. All of the craftsman that came to our home knew their stuff and all did great work. From the tile installer to the carpenter they came to do a job, but offered new ideas and ways to make the kitchen look the best. Burns' office staff were great to deal with. Warm and friendly and very conscientious.

Job started December 26- fully finished March 8. Lots of days we had no shows, very little communication with schedules, NO PROJECT MANAGEMENT, but all contractors were very polite, helpful, understanding and professional. We, as Homeowners often needed to reach out just to find out what was happening daily. We would sometimes get calls at 8:30 am letting us know someone would be coming that day. We spent too much time at home just waiting, only to find no one coming that day. No calls from them to check on progress and at one point we needed to contact contractors ourselves because things were scheduled before it could be done.
We had to purchase all fixtures, mirror, and toilet in addition to our contract.
Grout in shower had to be redone at one point.
Although the work mostly looks good (with exception to the pitch on shower floor drain), I can’t give more stars BECAUSE of lack of communication and management (we saw Robert once when he gave estimate, once at his shop, and once when we were complaining about the grout.)

We are very pleased with the experience we had with Burns Woodworking. We replaced our kitchen countertops with quartz and added a tile backsplash. Everyone at the showroom was very helpful in the process of selecting the materials and options. We also had a specific time frame due to our travel plans and they were very accommodating. They were able to get it scheduled in a timely fashion and get it finished for us. Both installers (for the countertops and then the tile work) were excellent! Very happy with how it turned out and love the new look! Would definitely recommend them!

So happy and pleased with our recently remodeled Master Bathroom. Assistance with selection of materials, workmanship of people sent to demolish, tile, plumbing, electrical, shower door installations, hanging mirrors, bathroom accessories, etc. were awesome. Office staff: Crystal, Madison, Jamie, Andrea, etc. were so helpful and communicated throughout the project. If you called them, they promptly answered your question, etc. Everyone was very knowledgeable, pleasant and cooperative in every way. Two hurricanes backed up schedules, but the room is complete and we are thrilled with selection Burns Woodworking. They were recommended by our neighbors and join them in recommending Burns Woodworking!!!!

After interviewing 4 different companies we settled on Burns Woodworking. We were not disappointed. Robert Burns (the owner) came to our house and measured and made recommendations about cabinets, countertops, placements and lots of other details. The folks that work at Burns Woodworking were very professional, From Abby to Marco, to both Terry's, Bill and Pete, and the office staff including Marissa and Andrea. They were experts in their particular fields and the results were great. Of special note, I want to highlight the Carpentry craftsmen. They were Master Craftsmen. Tony and Danny were personable, professional and took time to answer our layman's questions. They didn't seem to mind, and they built and installed our cabinets and all the accessories. They stayed late, when necessary, to complete the project they were working on. The results were beyond our expectations. The attached pictures say it all. We have gotten rave reviews from everyone that has been to our home. My wife was so happy she almost cried, and she tells everyone this is her dream kitchen.
