This PADL station wasn’t active on the app so we couldn’t hire which was a shame. Eventually, we found the location was closed due to weather, but it’s not intuitive to find in the app and the sea was not choppy and safe to swim in according to the flags. The location 2 miles down the shore was open.

I took kiteboarding lessons here awhile ago. People are great and the lessons were good. There's a large sandbar their to launch or the beach. Minus one star because the parking is expensive and if you just want to launch they charge a few hundred bucks for a yearly pass to launch there. So it's not great for self launch visitors. You're almost better off taking a lesson and use their equipment and just take off when you get out there.

Great service and very easy to use for 40 year olds and younger but not the best for older generations or people who aren't tech savvy. Just a little expensive but worth it if you love seeing wildlife or are looking for a good workout.

Rented a surrey bike for the family. $20 for the hour. Nice paths to take around, saw a lot of lizards and iguanas on our ride.
