Gregory was so awesome helping us with a very difficult situation. No one wants to believe their child or grand child has lice. He made us feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable and kind. Very good service since the first contact over the phone. Luis was kind and clear explaining the procedure and associated costs. Gregory did a great job. Space is extremely clean, quiet and mainly kids friendly! The screen with Netflix makes the magic, while Gregory very carefully handles the lice & nit. Very professional overall. Looking forward for the follow-up in 7-10 days just to be sure all worked as intended.

Amazing service and much quicker than anticipated. Highly recommend and worth the money to make sure the lice AND nits are completely removed. There's also Netflix and lollipops which made it much more fun for a 3 year old.
