Keep it local!
I was in awe at the exceptional one-on-one service that was provided to me at WCS!
My dog was a "bad boy" and chewed 5 slats of my brother's shutters; I was not looking forward to replacing the slats, thinking it was going to not only be a hassle but so expensive! Little did I know this wonderful company was so empathetic to my situation and treated me so kindly!
A couple phone conversations with the owner was so much more pleasurable than having to go online and search around, etc!
I HIGHLY recommend this talented local company and can't wait to get shutters of our own!

West Coast Shutters came highly recommended by relatives and did not disappoint! ( The photos probably do not do justice to the great product they provide!). From scheduling an in-home visit to installation everything was a breeze. Office communications were prompt, friendly and via email or phone or whatever your communication preference is. Installers were wonderful and even concerned about our pets not getting out while they were busy moving in and out. Everything went as scheduled or better! Follow up instructions were provided. I would not use another company and highly recommend Lisa, Margaret and staff! Love the final product!

The team at West Coast Shutters did a wonderful job in restoring and rebuilding a set of shutters in both my dining room and kitchen. The color matches our recently rebuilt kitchen and dining rooms and the shutters are beautiful. The front office staff were very friendly and handled all of my questions in a professional manner. They were easy to communicate with either via email or by phone. The installers were also courteous and did a great job installing the refreshed shutters. We are very grateful and pleased!

So happy with my new shutters! I ordered the shutters so long ago but before I could have a measurement done, a tree fell on one of the windows and I had to have new windows installed. The folks at West Coast Shutters said no problem, call us when you’ve got your new windows installed and we will come take the final measurements. Just had them installed today. They look amazing! They are so well made and look like it too. If I do any of my other windows I will go back to West Coast Shutters for sure. Professional and nice people to work with.
