I own Lazy L Beef and have been using Combee for over a year now. Very happy with them is an understatement! They have been amazing with us. Don’t let the few bad reviews scare you away. Take it from someone who has been doing this over 30 years, not to mention, I also own a livestock transport business so I’ve been to a ton of the butcher’s in Florida….NONE of them are perfect.

Paid $1000 for 1/4 steer. Awful tasting beef, the fat rendering tastes like dirty water. May be detrimental to health as well. Ruined multiple meals with family and friends. Tried multiple cuts and ground beef. All bad. Looking into getting it tested professionally as I still have 95% of it in my deep freezer.

Shady owner not responding to my concerns seriously. No response back from owner. Reporting to health department and working with an attorney. Do not support this company.

These 10 steaks are all I got out of a whole beef. 670lbs of hanging weight yielded 5 ribeye 3 porterhouses and 2 T bones. He said he saw more on the counter when they cut it but this is what I received. What a shame

As always they did an awesome job

Through the decades they have been our go to butcher and the only place I even considered taking our steer to when we decided to get back into home grown beef.

You can't beat a family owned buisness that has been a staple in Polk County for dressing out your beef.

We got beef from Lazy L Beef. Combee and Son’s packaged it after butchering. I am very pleased with flavorful and tender meat. The steaks, roasts, and other cuts are the perfect thickness and size. Great job by both of them. We will be customers for life!

Simply the best meat around. It has great flavor, steaks and hamburger is what I've tried. The hamburger actually need a little oil added to fry, it was very lean, just like I like it. The prices are competitive and the meat isn't your grocery store meat. I recommend it.

I dropped off my first deer ever to this company back in February. It was just the meat and quarters to be processed that I had already spent $50 on in Alabama to be cleaned. I called them multiple times and went up there multiple times to pick up my deer that was supposedly ready but when I got there on two occasions both times they couldn’t find my box and I was told there was too much stuff in the way to look for it and to call another time... so I did and the last time I expressed my frustration and got an apology and was promised a call back to get it sorted out and have yet to hear anything... They literally have taken my cooler and deer meat that I had already spent money on. I still have the hand written invoice in my truck with blood all over it from the guy that works there.
