I purchased my car here in 2019 and have always had a good experience when I need them. Went to do my oil change today and Abu was great! While he suggested some other services, there was no pressure at all. My car was done in an hour (appointment was a noon on a weekday). It's far from my house but I will continue to service my car there 🙂

Yosbani “Geo” Ramirez, Collision Advisor at BMW, Coconut Creek gave awesome service to me. Went there to make arrangements for necessary paint job. He handled everything perfectly. The entire experience was stress free and perfect. Cudos to BMW for a job well done!

I have been here multiple times. Today I had a service for an oil change and air filter replacement. They said it would be 99 dollars for the oil change and tire rotation and an additional 50 dollars for the air filter change. I was charged $306. They are not clear about pricing before the service is finished. I had Abu as the service person. I would not trust this location for services. I am very disappointed.

I spoke to Abu after to understand the invoice. I told him that he should be very clear about additional labor costs beforehand. It is so disgusting that he lied about the overall cost.

I have a Mini Countryman and I got the check engine light, and code was P2196 (O2 sensor).

Took it to Mini of Coconut Creek, and they say I need a new catalytic converter, $2800!

They also wanted $1200 for a rear wheel bearing, $330 for a water pump pulley, and $2000 for an oil filter housing.

I said I'd do the $330 for the pulley, and they told me that since I'd brought the car in for the check engine code, the $250 diagnostic charge would NOT apply to the $330!!

So I said the heck with it, don't do anything, I'll pay the $250 ($270.13 with tax) PLUS they charge 3% for using a credit card, so I'll use my debit card instead.

I've been coming here off and on for years and have never felt as ripped off as I do today. Plus the service rep was terrible, ghosting me and then sending me random screenshots with part #s that meant nothing to me instead of an organized logical breakdown of everything.

I am livid! Never again, man.

We had a great experience leasing a new Clubbie. In and out in 2 hours. Went on a Sunday and it was slow enough to get great service. Showroom is kinda small. Not many new Mini’s to sell but they had exactly what we wanted. We would do business with them again.

STAY AWAY!!!! This dealer has horrible recent reviews for a reason. I wish I'd read them first. AWFUL experience buying my JCW here. The woman in charge of finance sold me a protection package that didn't cover items she SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME MULTIPLE TIMES it would cover. I got a nail in my tire and it took 2 DAYS to fix. NO ONE will help you when you call .. it's endless hold. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!
