I initially had a positive experience at Fiberlay, but my perspective has significantly changed over time. The management practices here are concerning and have created a toxic work environment.

One major issue is the lack of proper training on OSHA standards and safety protocols, which raises serious concerns about employee safety. Additionally, the management style is often disrespectful, with employees feeling undervalued and degraded on a regular basis. There seems to be a culture of favoritism, where select individuals are allowed leniency while others are overworked.

The frequent turnover of staff suggests that management prioritizes financial gain over employee well-being, leading to an unpredictable work atmosphere. Your commission is quarterly and the week before you’re supposed to be paid they can you just avoid paying you by letting you go without any reason at all. Overall, I believe that significant changes are needed to improve the workplace culture and ensure a safer, more supportive environment for all employees.

This place is HORRIBLE! Extremely rude staff and they are clueless.Sold me the wrong resin and old out of date product! I have been in the hot tub manufacturing business for 31 years. The JUNK they sold me ruined one of my molds and cost me thousands of dollars to re=tool another mold. Avoid at all costs.

These guys are awesome, besides the wealth of informationational sheets, they have everything you'd need. Gelcoat matching is supurb. I don't go anywhere else. They're very busy, i'm sure most of their business is businesses, but if you do your research before hand, read over their materials, you can learn a lot and get some quick answers.
