I have a piece of mail in the Location for already 10 days just sitting there. No one from the post office can help me. I have had 2-3 sets of case numbers to track this mail and nothing found.Each time the tracking numbers say it has been resolved, when it;s not. They can't locate my mail, when it says it's the disburation center. I paid for a certified mail receipt, good thing. It was sent to Las Veags, and never dilivered , and sent back here, I am waiting for my mail. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.!!!!!!

One out of every few packages I have shipped to me ends up going here. It's held up for a couple days, then gets delivered without any further tracking updates except delivered. Why does this happen and how can I prevent it? I had two packages sent from the same person at the same time. Both had the same item inside. One was delivered on time while the other sits in limbo, hopefully until it gets dropped off without tracking, a day or two late.

Nope! I had a certified letter processed thru this contractor and it was never delivered to me. I had it investigated just to be told that this facilities sorting machine aye my rent check. Now I'm being evicted. Thanks

Had an issue with a package that got stuck in Atlanta. Everyone I spoke with at the Manasota Center in locating this package was friendly and helpful. I spoke with Gail who was very friendly and made sure my issue was given to the right people and Terri was able to locate my pacage and get it to me the next day. I sure wish other distribution centers were this helpful.

They have a nice big drive up Drop Box Bin out front for all those BIG packages. Postage at home, Drive up n drop. Nice n easy. Good job usps. Pretty cool.

For consumer knowledge about USPS and SCANNING ebay Amazon etc tracking : The Blue Box outside of this facility (heading to 41 on your left see the 90% shut down open during holiday rush old srq center. So since they are so close to airport and the last stop out of dodge they have a 6pm guarantee for certain types of mail so often package is scanned before 730...

Can drop a first class package off at 7pm Saturday and it will arrive Monday 10am in Vermont. They are great at getting my postmarked that day and moving that day yet sometimes will notice my packages always go to Ybor yet here they go to Tampa Airport and just interesting little things.
