I've been working with Medpak Solutions for nearly two years now, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support in scaling my product line. After a decade in business, demand has far outpaced what my own body and facility can handle, and their help has been invaluable in keeping things moving forward.

One of the things I appreciate most about Medpak is that they are one of the very few manufacturers willing to work with whole herbs instead of essential oils—something that’s nearly impossible to find in this industry. Their willingness to accommodate this is the only reason I've even been able to scale as I do not use any essential oils in my formulas and my customers expect exactly this.

That said, my only constructive feedback would be:

Response Times: While I completely understand that production itself takes time, communication can sometimes be a challenge. I often have to follow up on emails to get updates or the information I need. It would be great to see improvements in this area over time. However they are always very professional, friendly, and helpful when they do respond.

Labeling for Balms/Salves: Right now, if we wanted to continue package balms or salves in tins—which is the industry standard—they would have to be hand-labeled which increases cost and is unrealistic for their MOQs. Since they don’t yet have the necessary equipment for labeling tins, we’ve had to switch to glass jars, which isn’t ideal for customers who are used to our original packaging. I’d love to see them expand their capabilities in this area in the future.

Even with these small challenges, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Medpak. I look forward to having them produce even more of my product line as my budget allows!
